A-1 Domestic Professional Services specializes in providing compassionate Child Care services in Los Angeles County. We are dedicated to making life easier for your family. A-1 Domestic provides babysitters, nannies, and mother's helpers for a variety of Child Care services including Special Needs Care and Postpartum Care.
When you need a babysitter to assist with school pick-up and supervision and transportation to after school activities or homework help, we can provide a compassionate and experienced babysitter for 24 hour Live-In Care or Hourly Care.

All of our babysitters, mother's helpers, and nannies must have prior at home caregiving experience, verifiable professional references, a National Background Check/DMV Check, Tuberculosis testing, Malpractice/Liability insurance, First Aid/CPR training, and a personal interview with our office staff.
