Graber Investments is owned by Stan Graber. His lease for property includes several disclaimers all over the place. While he does offer to provide utility and elevator services, he also refuses to be kind to tenants by prorating their rent when the services are not provided to the detriment of the tenants and the customers and lost revenue by the tenants. DON'T SIGN A LEASE WTIH GRABER INVESTMENTS UNTIL IT HAS BEEN REVIEWED BY AN ATTORNEY! NEGOTIATE THE INCLUSION OF A CLAUSE THAT PROVIDES FOR RENT ABATEMENT SHOULD THE PROMIMSED SERVICES BE TEMPORARILY INTERRPTED FOR, SAY, LONGER THAN 48 HOURS, OTHERWISE, YOU COULD FIND YOURSELF WITHOUT AN ELEVATOR, AND POSSIBLY UTILITIES AT NO ADDED EXPENSE OR LIABILITY TO HIM, BUT YOU MIGHT POSSIBLY HAVE CUSTOMERS TURNED OFF BY THE NEED TO CLAIM SEVERAL FLIGHTS OF STAIRS JUST TO DO BUSINESS OR COME TO YOUR OFFICE OR BUSINESS LOCATION.
