I used to live there. I broke my lease to move. Do your homework. Everyone on staff live in the bldg. From the manger on down. A conflict of interest. Every on the staff is a felon. The manager has assaulted people with the help of his "staff". Hence one of his fingers is missing because a pistol misfired while he and his cronies beat him. It all looks good on the first floor, but tour the rest of the bldg and you'll see roaches and smell the stinking carperts in the halls. There are the nosy tenants who do nothing but hang out in the lobby or "lounge". The walls are thin and you can clearly hear your neighbors next door. Poorly insulated and your monthly utilities wil be high. Do your homework. Mail and packages come up missing and tthe postal inspector has investigated. I called code enforcement and the building was cited for poor insulation of windows and doors. Goe to youtube and you will see the mentality there. View the videos of lil lon da great. Filmed in the bllldg. No decent person in his. Right mind would want to live there. Washeres are too small in laundry and cost too much. I lived there for 1 and a half yrs and the cost went up three times. Do your homework and read other reviews. And research through public records on the complaints, then look elsewhere.
