I greatly appreciated the event you had for the local owners in the area. It was wonderful to see everything so plainly laid out for any entrepreneur to understand. The concepts were amazing – the 4W testimonial process was the cherry on top and even more, I’m thrilled with the idea of the reports you give out! I'm Caron, from Ohio. I own a mid-sized restaurant here in Columbus that was doing "OK". I got an email in our inbox one day from a company named Reputable Marketing. Out of sheer chance I opened the email because it had to do with our reviews online and I thought it may have been important. Little did I know HOW IMPORTANT IT REALLY IS! Zach really made it simple to understand that no marketing works if we are getting bad reviews online (which we were). So we sat down, worked out a strategy to recover my reputation in 90 days. Well I'm writing at the 70-some day mark and from my end, EVERYTHING IS DONE AND SOLVED! I came via a recommendation online, just like the one one I'm writing. I read the reviews and then ended up attending one of their webinars they have bi-weekly. It was truly exciting to see someone show me the changes that happened in Google so quickly - they made it easy to understand where my problem areas were. Basically, in a nutshell, they taught me THE TRUTH "Reviews send you PRE-QUALIFIED and PRE-SOLD REFERRALS". Now I didn't quite "buy in" to this from the start, they laughed and said "that's ok - you will soon". Little did I know - they meant like in 2-3 months... because here I am and I cannot say any other marketing I've done in the past 23 years of business has had as much impact on me until I started working with Reputable Marketing. #1 let me say, I HAD ABSOLUTELY NO REPUTATION. Some may have a "BAD REPUTATION", I'm sorry - I cannot comment on how good they are at removing that; however, if you are looking to boost your business and you have little to no reviews online... jump on the bandwagon, think strategic and put the horse before the cart! Do reputation marketing, then watch how it makes all your other efforts/marketing 10x more successful! Reputable Marketing has been a life saver for this company! The economy is finally taking an upturn for the better, but after such a hard hit, we were wondering how to get out of this big hole it created since 2008. Left wondering how to pick up the pieces in time - we looked towards internet marketing. We didn't know much behind what to do until we came upon a webinar hosted by Reputable Marketing. That webinar taught us basically everything we needed to know to step forward and start on turning our business around in time. I've been thankful to have Zach and his team on our side all along since we aren't the most technically savvy internet users.
