Rockland Trust's College Scholarship Program Expands to Welcome Schools in the former Mayflower Bank Markets ROCKLAND, Mass. (January 21, 2014) - Rockland Trust today announced the launch of its 2014 Rockland Trust Scholarship program for high school students entering their freshman year of college this fall. Rockland Trust is offering six $2,500 scholarships to students based on their academic accomplishments and commitment to community service. Students attending high school in Rockland Trust services areas, including Cape Cod, South Shore, South Coast, Metro North and portions of Metro West are eligible to participate in the program. In addition to those service areas, Rockland Trust expanded its scholarship program to schools in Lakeville, as a result of Rockland Trust's recent Mayflower Bank acquisition.
