Some cooling tips to keep your systems working.
Always maintain the proper distance away from walls and other non-ventilated surfaces. As temperatures inside your restaurant or closed working area rise so does the demands on the cooling fans. The condensing coils need the fan to properly distribute and dissipate the heat that is produced during the refrigeration cycle.
Keep all filters and water supply lines cleared and clean. A filter prevents dirt and other particles from entering the inner working of the fan motor assembly. As the filter collects more and more debris it becomes more difficult for the motor to breath and work efficiently. The cooling effects produce are greatly reduced and in turn increases the cost of operation and chance of satisfied clients.
