NRG Builders & Design LLC, a family-owned and trusted construction and design company, is seeking a General Laborer to join our dedicated team. With a strong focus on quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction, we specialize in a wide range of services, including home construction, remodeling, and custom deck additions. As a General Laborer, you will play a vital role in transforming living spaces for our valued clients throughout Wisconsin.
Responsibilities:
Assist with various construction tasks, such as carpentry, drywall installation, painting, and general handyman work.
Operate power tools and equipment as required.
Maintain a clean and organized worksite.
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
Collaborate with the NRG team to ensure project deadlines are met.
Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Requirements:
Previous experience in construction, handyman work, or a related field.
Familiarity with various power tools and construction equipment.
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive hourly wage between $18 to $22, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
