My experience at Del Coranado has been horrible. Cops are here on a nightly basis, literally. I see drug transactions and hear domestic violence all the time here. If you have pets, good luck. Loose pit bulls are a common sight here, and I have seen several cats get attacked/killed by vicious loose dogs on the premesis. The management here is non existant. If you have a problem, they will give you excuses and run around, rather than take care of things. And thats if your lucky enough to get ahold of someone. If your looking for a safe enjoyable place, dont waste your time here. Your money is much better spent at a complex with better management. I cant get out of my lease soon enough. Worst complex I have EVER lived in. There are much better apartments available in this price range. Del coranado is dirty, unsafe, and dangerous.
