It was a totally incredible experience! Jacob came in on his day off to meet us and help us. It was even his birthday! He clearly understood our needs, explained our options, entertained our 4 kids, worked with us on our trade and came in with a fair price. We had been to a different Phoenix Honda dealer the day before and had the exact opposite experience. Tony did a great job assisting my husband and me. Took us on a test drive and when we got back we decided we liked a different color and he immediately went and found the same car in the color we wanted. However, after we decided on the car we wanted another person, don't remember his name, pushed to much about leasing a car. We continuously said "no", then that gentleman got another guy involved who tried to push the leasing on us even more. We did obviously end up getting a car, but as a purchase and not a lease.

This was by far the best car buying experience that I've ever had! Ninety percent of the transaction was done via emails. I spent very little time at the dealership finalizing the sale. I worked with Cory (sales) and Kristopher (financing). They were both very professional and straightforward, which I greatly appreciated. Based on my experience, I will definitely return to Right Honda for my future purchases, as well as recommend Right Honda to others. Thank you for the awesome car buying experience!

went to other car dealerships, they wanted information right away. I didn't like that. They asked to many questions. Then i came to right honda and gibby assisted me right away and showed me cars models that i actually wanted to see. He assisted me in all my questions. They didn't have the car i wanted but they said it will come in 1-3 days and it did. I got my car the next day. He helped me set up my phone when i picked it up and took his time. i really appreciated that. I had an excellent experience at right honda. Thanks guys

First met with Colin, who showed us what we wanted to see and drive. Allowed us to do just that and left unpressured to buy, as we were in fact finding mode only. When we returned and were ready to purchase, the negotiating process was very fair and was the quickest I have ever experienced purchasing a new or pre-owned vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership to friends and family.

I was happy with my sales person but extremely unhappy with the delivery of my new.car. The ouside of the car was quickly washed and the inside was never touched. It was dusty, full of finger prints and had old tape stuck on the dashboard that had melted in the sun and left residue on the dash once I removed it. I would hope that you look into this matter and get back to me.

I was stressed when i walked in the door. Davon assured me that he would be able tho help me find my car and that the manager was a super guy. I brought in a leased hyundsi veloster.Of course i was disappointed at the final cost to me for financing.i believe the Honda was priced ok. I was just overwhelmed at my payment. Anyway,out was a smooth transaction all the way.Jon the finance guy was not pushy and i did get all the extra add ons. I would definitely recommend. RIGHT HONDA tho my friends and family. The whole sales experience was good. The sales person gave us a great deal. He was quick to respond when asked for a quote and was very patient. However, when we get to the signing of paperwork at the finance dept., the finance manager revealed to us some hidden charges that were not mentioned at all. When we asked for explanation, he was furious and was very rude to us and to the sales person by telling us that "there is no deal!". We felt very humiliated as we walked out of his office. We decided since it was getting late and we also need to get dinner for the family that we will not push through with the purchase when the sales person (very patient) again was able to remedy and we were able to have a compromised deal. As customers we suggest to management that the finance manager would at least show some decency and respect to Honda customers and Honda sales people as well. He needs to experience how hard it is to make a sale from a sales person point of view to just dismiss customers with his rudeness. It is so easy for him to be rude because he was not the one who is looking for customers.

another Honda dealer failed to put in a7.5a fuse. The radio did not work...they said that they couldn't do anthing else except refer me to the Honda Call Centr. They were not to solve the problem. I brought my 2013 honda cr-v to your facility. Your service tech installed the fuse and solved the problem. Greeat job!!!

I went to get an oil change in my 2012 Honda civic when Monty approached me and asked me a little bit about my car and I explained how i was tricked into a lease the last time I came to Honda and my salesman led to me to get me in my car and has since then disappeared. I was struggling to say the least but that didn't stop Monty. He had me test drive the 2013 Honda civic lx and even after all my resistance he was determined to help me out. He was incredibly genuine the entire time we talked which was a serious improvement over the last salesman. Monty partnered up with Adrian (who knew my situation and had been trying to help me out for the last couple months) and they managed to get me into the 2013 civic for the same exact payment I make now but on a buy option. These guys literally lifted 2000 lbs of wight off my shoulders. They worked with me the whole time and I was even able to go home and have both my parents look over the deal and call with questions before I signed anything (which they had a bunch). After speaking with Adrian my step dad even decided to buy his next car from him. Monty and Adrian are serious gems!

It was surprisingly a wonderful experience, maybe the best experience buying a car I ever had...........and I'm sixty years old!
JC Campbell was an excellent salesman; non threatening, easy going, knowledgeable, helpful and very generous.

The finance manager, John Ferris was fantastic and just a great guy. I also met a manager from Walnut Creek, CA, originally who I can't recall his name and he too was just a great guy.

I came away feeling like I have some new friends and was so impressed that if I ever come out of retirement Right Honda is where I'd want to work.

Feedback for Honda corp. 3rd time the window on the car door has dropped in. 2nd time on the passenger side. obvious defect and the replacement part didn't last 2 years. $300 repair is very high. Bill took great care of me but the price of the part is ridiculous especially for a repeat.

Our recent experience at Right Honda was superior to our previous buy. If we didn't love our Pilot we would have never come back but the new employees are superior to the people there before. We me Barton Harris and had an immediate connection to a guy from Dallas. He was professional and didn't have to do a sales pitch but he made sure we got to see what your options were and had any answers we needed. He was very well informed and made the buying process very positive. We also met with Jose in the finance office and we were pleased with his service as well. It gave me renewed faith in buying a car and the old cliche of "car salesman" is wiped away from our memory. We will definitely send friends to your dealership and come back ourselves. Great Experience and we love our Pilot!!!!
