Very very disappointed in the service. My fiance had to go on a business trip the week of my birthday and he thought it would be nice to surprise me with flowers. He paid a nice amount of money for the flowers to be delivered and they were never delivered. When he called to ask them why, the worker became very rude with him and told him it was not their fault they did not deliver the flowers. She told him that I would get them the next day and that she would throw in a free balloon. I am not mad about not getting the flowers. I feel bad that he was trying to do something nice and then these people he paid for their services were very unprofessional. I've never written a bad review for anything but their customer service is nonexistent. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
