The Resident managers and owners are not who they represent themselves to be. Horrible practices and apparently at anyone expense. (including the elderly on social security)

My dad passed away and he always paid his bills in advance. Mailed his check for Rent for July early on 6/23/2012 (under no contract pay and you get to stay that month) My dad passed away at 1:07am on 06/24/2012. On 06/25/2012 we contacted the office spoke with Marge Atkinson who assured us she would just put the check back in the mail as soon as she received it. On 06/27/2012 they cashed the check with no remorse of doing so. My dad waited to receive his social security check before sending (but as we all know just because you are given social security doesn't mean they wont take it right back) Marge Atkinson expressed she would put check directly in an envelope and return it back right away. But with in 48 hours cashed it instead. With no remorse, no follow up call might as well of just stolen the money. Should not be allowed to conduct business practices in this manner.

BTW he was just being a nice guy and paying rent for somebody else (wasn't even his own rent / didn't even live there) and Marge knew this but still proceeded to take his money.

I know several people who reside there with extreme criminal backgrounds that I certainly wouldn't want to live next to under any circumstances.

Just hope you never find yourself in this situation.
Just something to consider before you decide to live in an environment like this.

Older Mobile Home lot near good shopping, restruants, and easy access to 40 hwy and 70 Hyw. Two miles from Walmart Supercenter, and about 3 miles from Royals Stadium. Ive lived there 3 yrs and love the place, very quite, and wonderful pool and play area for children. Managers keep place clean too.
