I, too, have had a bad experience with this company. They are not friendly and not accomodating to the customers. I would not reccomend them at all.

The above person is upset because she was charged for freon which is not a warranty item. As stated in the warranty the manufacture provides the warranty part only, owner is responsible for any other charges (labor, freon, freight etc.)

This company is inferior. They do not stand behind the products they sell and they try to charge for warranty repairs. The owner Rhonda is rude and unprofessional. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! If I could have left ZERO stars I would have!
