Shyun Eight Step Preying Mantis Kung Fu is one of the last pure traditional Chinese martial arts still in existence today. Eight Step focuses on training the mind, body, and spirit through time tested techniques that will not only improve posture, physical fitness, and health, but also will empower you with the skills to protect you and your loved ones.

Our goal is to build a strong foundation for our students to live a long, healthy life no matter what age they begin their training! Our class sizes are kept small so that each student receives individualized and detailed instruction to optimize their practice time.
