My husband is a resident at the Orlando VA complex at Lake Nona Nursing Home. He had a 9 am reservation to come home for Easter. No one showed up to transport him. After 30 minutes ir so on hold he was told he was a no show. He waited in the
front lobby for an hour and a half. This is the second time this has happened. He is in a power wheelchair so I cannot pick him up. He was extremely upset today as he has not been home since Christmas. What can be done to prevent this next time.
