Southlake Oral Surgery

I just had my 17 year old daughter's 4 wisdom teeth extracted the week prior to the new year. I must say I was quite impressed with the - to the point - no nonsense approach. You go in for your consulation- they x-ray you and have your slide up on the LCD TV in the patient consulation room. Then you must watch a short video regarding the possible complications from wisdom teeth extraction. Mr. Taylor comes in and says this is what needs to be done and why- any questions. We came back for the surgery and as advertised she was in and out in 40 minutes flat. At 10 minutes a tooth that's pretty incredible. Surgery was complete and the road to recovery is under way. 6 days have passed since the surgery and every bit of information provided was very useful and very accurate. No complications to this point. Mr. Taylor called the evening after surgery which I thought was nice. Although I was horrified of the pain I knew my kid would experience, the process was very smooth. The only reason I didn't select 5 star is because I thought Mr. Taylor could be little more friendly. All of the assistants were very pleasant. Overall- a pleasant experience.
