My mother in law was a resident and passed away. We told the manager the next day in her office of her passing. She told us if we had everything removed from her apartment by the end of the month there would be no more charges and her lease was terminated. We only had a few days to remove her stuff and clean the apartment and we busted our butts to make the deadline, which we did. I called and emailed several months about a deposit refund and the manager never returned my calls or emails. Seven months later we received a collection letter for a charge of another month's rent and a relet fee. This was a few thousand dollars and they deducted the deposit from it and still left a hefty amount owed. I'm so saddened how we were treated at a time our family was grieving.
