Bent Oak Computer Svc

This business is a joke at best! I have taken my PC to them once, and was charged for their one "technician" loosing all of my data and telling me it was my fault. After being talked down to by the owner, I was threatened to have my computer held if I didn't pay. I paid and took it to another man, who told me that the data was no doubt lost by Bent Oak's tech. After getting some further information about the tech who worked on my PC, I found out he has no formal training nor is he certified in any of the two things listed on their door and website. I wanted to report them to the BBB and found out from a source that this business has moved locations once and the reasons were questionable. Don't take anything to these people, they are scam artists with less experience and training than a 10 year old. Feel free to look up some of their "issues", it's public record.
