I live 2 blocks from BP in Guyandotte so it is convenient or us to pay our bills there. They advertise that you can pay your bills until 4:30. I got there at 3 and she informed me that bill pay was closed because 2 people quit. After talking to the manager Jessica I know why. There were no customers in the store and there were 2 employees behind the counter and she said they couldn't take the payment because its a courtesy that they even let us make payments there. Although they charge for each bill I pay there. Since this company has been taken over by new management it sucks. They are super rude and the manager Jessica had the nerve to call me a b**ch and argue with me. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!
