It was very enjoyable. We knew what we wanted. We knew what we could afford. There was no high presuure sales. Our sales rep. Rafael was easy to work with. I wanted a red kia soul without all the bells and whistles and he located one and had it delivered. The entire experience was painless and met all of our needs. The level of service provided by David Julien and his staff is second to none. They have a great selection of vehicles to fit your price point and if they don't have it on the lot, they will get it there as quickly as possible. Happy with experience... except the envelope handed to us containing all our form copies did not include the temporary registration. I don't have the name if the man who prepped the envelope - we finished the paperwork in his office away from the show room last Friday. I called later that day for Keith after reviewing the contents, and explained the problem to an associate. Hearing nothing back we didn't drive the car Saturday or Sunday and called the DMV Monday morning - they advised we not drive the car. Two calls with Ramon did not result in an emailed copy. Finally got copy the following day when our trade in was picked up. Disappointed at lack of urgency addressing the problem.

Purchased a 2012 Kia Soul two years ago, and was contacted last week about the buy back program. My '12 had low mileage and was in mint condition. Drove out in a brand new 2014 Kia Soul with many upgrades,no money added. My salesman took care of any business, paperwork, and concerns I had. This was by far the most awesome Car buying experience ever. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market to buy or lease.

I was in and out in about 2 hours. I knew what I wanted and the sales guy was very accommodating. He didn't push anything on me and was very helpful and friendly.

I arrived at the dealership and walked around for twenty minutes, checked the cars in the range I was interested in and no one even said "Hi". I asked for the lease manger and found Keith. Made a deal and Larry assisted the process. The next day I came back, finished the process and went to F&I where Jim swallowed $998.00 of my deposit. Keith went over all the aspects of the car and I drove it home. So far it is still running
