We wanted to remodel our bathroom for quite some time, and finally decided to do it this summer. We visited few showrooms in the area, but could not find anything we liked, then our contractor recommended Universal Tile to us. We found all bathroom products as well as tiles we really liked and purchased it all in one place. Service and prices are super. Our bathroom looks great now. Thank you so much.

I ordered ceramic tile from this store, which looked great on display. When I received it, it was not the same shade as the display. When I pointed it out to the salesperson, he said that this is "natural" because the tile always comes out a "little bit different" because it's a "natural material". Now, this is ceramics we are talking about, not granite or marble, and I would fully expect what is displayed in the store to be representative of what I will receive. I checked with my installer and he confirmed that what the guy told me is BS. Another issue with the store is tile delivery. If you want to pick up tile yourself and avoid delivery charge you need to drive to the other side of town to the warehouse. Other stores will deliver the tile to their store and let you pick up from the store. Finally, some salespeople are rude. I asked one guy who was the manufacturer of the tile I was interested. He answered, "Italy! Why do you need to know the company, there is a million of them!"

they work very fast when it comes too selling and promising but very slow with deliverys and returning products.. I dont recomend anyone buying from them.
