not to metion the law suit that we have been dealing with for a few years now, against the builder since he wanted to take the cheap way out.

I wish I would have never purchased my home in this location. When we first purchesed they had swimming pools a little park. and a club house. we continue to pay the HOA's and for about 5 years now they stopped using the swimming pool because they don't want to fix it. Now they want to fill them up with cement. Most people are quite. But this one lady will call the cops on you for stepping on the side walk in front of her house. I am tired of the whole thing and wish I could sale the house and move.
