DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY LIKE I DID. Made arrangements for two young women to arrive at my house between 8:30-9:00 to clean for 1.5 hours @$185 - yes, I know, exorbitant but I was in a bind. When someone called to confirm the appointment, she confirmed BETWEEN 8:30 AND 9:00 - her emphasis. Young women rang doorbell at 8:19 (I was standing at stove cooking and looked at clock.). I showed them in and to the two empty bedrooms and bath and was back at the stove at 8:24. They finished those rooms and I asked them to do the the baseboards on the stairs and a half bath that is rarely used. When they finished that, they said they were ready to go. I said, It's just 9:42, you still have about 10-12 minutes more. "Sorry. No time, " they said. I mention this because if they were supposed to arrive as late as 9:00, they still had at least 30 minutes that could have been used. Also, I paid for an hour and a half which, in my mind, began when they started to work, not when they rang the doorbell or pulled up to the curb.
One of the young women asked if I wanted to look at their work and I did. I pointed out that there were still hard water spots on the faucet and shower handle in the tub and a small spot of mildew/mold in a corner. She said that the spots "were part of the handle" and that the mildew was "part of the caulking." Then she started speaking Spanish to the other young woman so I began trying to explain in Spanish but just quit since it wasn't going to be cleaned anyway. And I didn't check their work on anything else at that point.
After they left, I got a bottle of LimeAway and cleaned the faucet and shower handle - shiny, like new. A splash of Clorox eliminated the mildew.
I have several things going on at work as well as holiday plans or I would have done this myself. Now, however, I am $185 poorer, but wiser and will never use the company again.
I wish that I had read other reviews on the internet first. I am posting reviews every place I can find on the internet though to help future clients look elsewhere and not make the same mistake that we made.
