We are a full-service cleaning company with a genuine passion for delivering services that are sure to please you. We began our work in the 1980’s cleaning houses in the Presidio for military personnel who were transferring on orders to new duty stations and who had to clear housing. Because they had much to do in packing, moving, rounding up the kids, they didn’t want to face cleaning the house. They hired us. We cleaned over 150 houses, many twice, in the three years before they closed the base. One officer showed us a little secret: to cover nail holes when you don’t have spackle, use white toothpaste. In the 1990’s we offered window cleaning to commercial and residential customers. We bought the equipment to tackle almost any job and if we couldn’t get the equipment, we rented it. This is where we became experienced in safely using hydraulic boom lifts, scissor lifts, and long ladders. We did work for Amtrak, cleaning their unmanned stations free of debris, weeds, and trash. From Antioch, Richmond, Berkeley to Santa Clara, we were assigned those stations. We did work for PG&E cutting weeds from the ground inside several substations. We were told not to raise our tools over our heads, lest we become electrocuted. By 10,000 volts. We offer hard surface floor cleaning, common area cleaning, carpet cleaning, window cleaning, dusting, power washing, awning cleaning, graffiti removal, tile cleaning.
