Terrible, incompetent service. When I called and came in person, they could not locate my motger's body and had no record of it on their computers.it had taken them two and a half hours to pick up her body at her home, which is 20 minutes from the mortuary; no one called with an update on their progress to the house. When they could not locate her on their computers, I asked to see the family representative and the manager, simply to tell them how to fix these situations simply and at no cost: just do a daily printout of the deceased still in process and keep it at the fron desk. "Our software does not work that way." WHAT? Then hand write it! The mortuary manager could not be spared for a matter of seconds to come out to me; when I told our fami,y representative that, as a school administrator we often had double crises. To handle, and just a ten second appearance and apology does wonders for the family that has to wait, he said "We do not do that. H is in with a family that suffered an infant death." All we wanted was a moment of his time. All we got from the people at the desk was excuses. THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO WHICH YOU WANT TO BRING YOUR DECEASED LOVED ONE. (by the way, theydo not tell you this in advance, but most cell phones do not work from thir property...)
