How can these Filipino Illegal Aliens be Encouraged & Induced to Reside in the United States when they have been residing in the US way before they even met me???

On July 30, 2013, I was found guilty of inducing and encouraging 3 (THREE) Filipino illegal aliens, Oliver Galupo, Amelia Guillermo and Hermansita Esteban, to reside in the United States. Oliver Galupo was already residing and working in a care home when he came to our office in 2006 and did not even show up at the trial. It is now 2013.

Amelia Guillermo already obtained her Labor Certification and an approved 1-140 Petition by her employer, and has been residing in the United States since 2002. It is now 2013.

Hermansita Esteban likewise already obtained her Labor Certification and has a pending 1-140 Petition by her employer, and has been residing in the United States since 2002. It is now 2013.

Amelia Guillermo & Hermansita Esteban testified that but for me, they would have returned back to the Philippines when they have been working and residing here before even meeting me! They have been working under-the-table to the detriment of Americans and Lawful Permanent Residents of the U.S. I made their identities known to the Federal Government.

So how can I induce and encourage them to stay in the United States! They themselves made that decision way before they even met me.

Evelyn Sineneng-Smith recently conducted a lecture to the Haute Couture

class of Carla Zimbelman at the Monterey Peninsula College in Monterey, California.



Evelyn described to Ms. Zimbelman's students the haute couture techniques utilized by

Monique Lhuillier in her bridal gowns, which were worn by, among others, Britney Spears when she married

K-Federline, Christine Baumgartner (to Kevin Costner), Vanessa Manillo (to Nick Lachey). The students were

at awe at the incredible detail in these gowns, which cost from $5,000. to $25,000.! Evelyn referred

to Monique's craftsmanship in creating handmade roses, origami flowers, frayed ruffled organza, lace over

lace embroidery, the details which can upgrade an ordinary simple gown to "haute couture" level.


The segment about "Monique Lhuillier: The Business Empire" was more interesting to the students,

who may pursue a career in Haute Couture. Evelyn discussed the infrastructure

of Monique Lhuillier's design business, from her flagship salons, to her accredited bridal salon distributors, to the

corporate indentities, to the licensing of her designs, which now extend to dinnerware, stemware, fine printed invitations, beautiful

scented candles, and others. Monique Lhuillier's bridal designs are sold in the finest bridal salons globally,

all over the US, Canada, South America, Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and the Pacific Rim countries.



The buzz in the fashion industry is that she is "competing with Vera Wang". Well, there's also Georgina Chapman,

another designer with the same caliber and with the same "deep pockets".


Ms. Sineneng-Smith was able to lecture on Monique Lhuillier from three different perspectives: business, legal

and fashion, three areas where she spent her education and career. She concluded her lecture by

inspiring the students that, even if they may not come from a very affluent family like Monique Lhuillier,

they can still make it in the fashion business if they continue to develop their creative talents.



Ms. Sineneng-Smith believes that one should continuously learn new skills to remain competitive here in America,

and that "obtaining a green card is only the beginning of an immigrant's long journey here in the United States."

Ms. Sineneng-Smith defends herself by using a typical “straw-man” argument. She simply ignores the actual charges against her and substitutes a distorted, exaggerated and misrepresented version of those charges.

“...NO SMUGGLING OF ILLEGAL ALIENS was done, NO fake documents made or sold, NO false statements submitted to the Federal Government, NO bribery of Federal officials to obtain immigration benefits...”

No one has ever accused her of smuggling aliens or forging documents. Why not include murder and bank robbery? No one has ever accused her of any of these things. She is accused (1) of taking money from people to perform a service she knew could not be performed and (2) by doing so, offered false hope to those people thereby encouraging them to remain illegally in the United States. She is also accused of income-tax fraud and postal fraud.
