Executive Specialties Inc.dba Biznizsource.com has harassed me for 2 1/2 years by telephone and by trespassing on my property in order to collect an alleged debt for $45, which I have proof that I never owed and do not now owe. Executive Specialties Inc.dba Biznizsource.com alleges that I owe $45 for a domain name renewal that they failed to renew and were never asked to renew. In March, 2010 I renewed my business domain name myself through Go Daddy.com. I have a receipt for payment to Go Daddy and documentation proving Go Daddy renewed my domain name. At that time, Executive Specialties Inc.dba Biznizsource.com began demanding $45 for supposedly renewing my domain name. Telephone and mail harassment for payment for a service they did not perform continued until July 2012. In July 2012, even though I did not owe Executive Specialties Inc.dba Biznizsource.com any money, I sent a check for $45.00 to make them go away because I am self employed and their illegal debt collection and harassment had already cost at least 10 time that amount. I have check copies and check ledgers showing I made this payment because of the emotional distress and lost wages I had suffered for 7 months up to that point. Still, Executive Specialties Inc.dba Biznizsource.com had provided no service for this payment. In fact, since I had registered my own domain name in March, it would be impossible for them to perform the service they alleged I owed them for because my domain name was not available, being already reserved by me. Therefore, Executive Specialties Inc.dba Biznizsource.com interfered with my contract with Go Daddy for my domain name by trying to collect payment for someone else's service. For 2 more years, I was reported to credit agencies and further harassed by mail and phone even though I had paid them the money I never owed. In May 2012, I was frightened and distressed on 2 different occasions when a man waited until my husband left and banged my door down until I threatened to call the police. Executive Specialties Inc.dba Biznizsource.com was willfully negligent in filing improper litigation, wrongful civil proceedings, malicious prosecution and abuse of process in your court for a nugatory $45. I pray for $10,000 damages in lost wages responding to malicious prosecution and for settlement of the listed above. I pray for an injunction to Executive Specialties Inc.dba Biznizsource.com from ever contacting me, as well as other like defendants, again or trespassing on my property. The illegal actions of Executive Specialties Inc.dba Biznizsource.com must be stopped by this court.
