LOVE IT! Great low fat ice cream and treats-try the espresso shake-better than Starb*cks and about 1/3 of the calories! They offer a great selection of vitamuffins and other weight watcher friendly foods too. Friendly staff offers lots of free samples. You will not be disappointed!

Great delicious ice cream. I've been fortunate enough to have had many of these healthy flavors. Everything is low except for the taste. Low sugar, carb, fat, etc. If you are ever near the Altamonte Springs area, I recommend you past by and get a taste.
