BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I attempted to get my fiancee a gift card for the holidays. Their online site didn't work. Their automated phone system didn't work either. When I finally got a hold of a 'customer care' rep, I requested they waive their "$5 shipping fee" for the inconvenience. THEY REFUSED. Needless to say, they lost my business...all over $5. And...can you believe when I told them this, they were FINE with it ??? Wrote to Burke Williams CEO Bill Armour about the issue and poor customer service. LETTER IGNORED. Apparently, Burke Williams doesn't care for Valued Customers. You have a choice in day spas in SoCal, including Le Petite Retreat, Voda Spa, and let's not forget the wonderful Glen Ivy Day Spa in beautiful Corona, CA.
