Asked me over the phone if I had french windows, told him yes. Asked how many windows-gave him accurate count of what I wanted done. Showed up and gave husband a quote for twice what he said over the phone- wasn't prepared, said had to go for additional material and then called from the road and said he didn't want to do the job. Had a large party scheduled for the next day and this guy caused unnecessary stress. Unprofessional-unprepared and unreliable.
