Hollywood-Wilshire Clinic

I tried to make an appointment the morning I was going there and they said to just walk in. So I went and I walked in. Right where we are supposed to register is a sign that says "WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING WALK-INS TODAY"
You can imagine how annoyed I was as I drive all the way over here. So I went up to the person at the desk anyway to ask if I could make an appointment. She was not attentive, nor did she make eye contact. Her service was terrible. She looked bored and like she hate what she was doing. Nevertheless I asked politely if I could make an appointment, she didn't even look up as I was talking to her. She then says that appointments are only made by phone. So I go to the parking lot, sit in my car, and call them to make an appointment. No one answered. I called again an hour later, no one answered. The next day I called again and I told the person on the other line that I wished to make an appointment. She avoids my request and proceeds to tell me to just walk in. I try to explain what happened last time but she is insistent and tells me to just walk in. Unless you want to waste time driving over there and vein turned away, don't even bother trying to go I this clinic.
