The new management has been great, they have been doing tons of work around the building, and it's really starting to show! The thick walls of the apartments means you can't hear much/anything from your neighbours, which is good. Very impressed!

I have had the opposite experience as Jake. I moved in and the manager and staff have been exceptional!! It is an old building so there are things (like old locks on doors) that I wasn't used to, but anytime I have needed something, it's been immediately addressed. The manager, Charles, has been amazing. The maintence staff is friendly and helpful, pest control comes as promised. The only bugs I've seen are lady bugs (which don't bug me!!) There are new washers and dryers downstairs now and I have only heard one party. It was approved by Charles and he told me in advance the person above me was going to have a get together. They really didn't bother me at all. It is definately best suited for students and young professionals, although there are some very nice men and women who have lived there 30+ years!!! Great community.

Really bad. Bugs, loud college parties, and all the lead paint you can handle. The Management really needs to update the 50's and 60's ovens and refrigerators. And that Clothes Care Center they talk about is really about 6 washers and dryers that don't work, which they finally decided to replace except they took them out and now there are none. Its been two weeks and they don't care at all. Get ready to be pissed off if you move in here.
