No stars would be a start. This company Representative them-selves as ADT security when in fact they are not they are just a selling of alarms and then they re-sell your account to ADT because they do not have the ability to service the account. They damaged my drywall installed an apartment type alarm system to my home, drilled holes in the wall and didnt fix them damaged, removed my existing alarms system that was wired in the house to in fact replace it with a piece of junk that keeps going off and the police continue to come to my home for false alarms my paint was damaged and told me if I wanted to cancel my 2 year contact with them that Id have to pay $1100.00 this company is a SCAM!!!!!!@!~!!!!!!Watch out they also have a three day cancellation period LAME!!!!!!!!!I contact the higher up's at ADT and they advise that they have had numerous complaints regarding this company and they are in the process of canceling them as a representative!!!!!!
