I don't know how the other reviewer (JOHN DOE) gave this company a 1...Ms. Joyce is one of the kindest and most professional business owner's I've met. If the last reviewer would have talked to her, then I am positive they would have been satisfied. Maybe if you left your name and number she would have resolved the issue.
