Extremely poor customer service!!Called more then five times with no call back. Kept making excuses. Finally said machine was broken but that the dr is doing it by hand. When I called back to check status, I was told its in a holding pattern until machine is fixed. She said if I was tired of waiting(it had already been more then 4 wks which is when they promised to have it done) and never reached out to indicate there's a problem and they knew they weren't going to be able to deliver results within the time frame they promised. She also said they'd send the already collected to another company with comparable testing machines and that she'd research which company to send test samples to. She said she'd email me yet its the same pattern of no return calls, empty promises, lies
