Hospice of Green Country, a United Way supported non-profit, multi-cultural, multi-faith agency, is dedicated to providing quality and compassionate end-of-life care, regardless of ability to pay, since 1987. Pet Peace of Mind- Unique to hospice care in that it targets hospice patients who are unable to maintain routine health care and nutrition for their animal companions due to medical expenses or caregiver disability.
