THEY ARE A SCAM. DO NOT HIRE. DO NOT SEND THEM MONEY. ZERO STARS. WE HAVE TO GO TO COURT. I called Statewide for a last minute move-in clean of a one bedroom apartment on Sunday October 1 2023. I spoke with TAKEEF ROBINSON (also goes by Keef Ro) and paid the entire amount $425 in advance via CashApp because he said their credit card machine was down until Wednesday. They arrived on Monday October 2 2023 and asked for an addition $500 because of the state of the apartment. I paid the $500 amount via CashApp right away. Keef was communicative during this first day of work. They partially completed the job and Keef told me the floors needed to be refinished because there was a residue on them that would not come up. Keef said they could do that work, as well, and come back the next day October 3 2023 to finish that if I would pay him the full amount $420 via CashApp in advance. I paid the floor refinishing amount and confirmed the arrival time for the next morning. He said the CashApp did not go through and requested the money via Apple Pay. The next day, NO ONE SHOWED UP to do the work. I’ve called, texted, and emailed Keef many times over the last three days - NO RESPONSE. Keef eventually BLOCKED MY NUMBER. Our tenant and my business partners have also called, texted, and emailed - NO RESPONSE. I have been calling any other number I can find listed - NO RESPONSE. I also emailed the email listed on their website - NO RESPONSE. I will be filing in SMALL CLAIMS COURT to get back the money for the incomplete clean, double charged for the no-show floor refinishing, as well as lost rent and wages.
