Jim Sherman is a manager for Youngquist Homes. He is the most vile & hateful man I have ever spoken to. I work for one of the subcontractors of YH. The way he treats people is appalling. I have no idea why he still has a job. Whether you are a potential homebuyer or vendor, look elsewhere if you deserve to be treated with respect.
