This office was great to work with when I closed on my first home. I had no idea who to use, but this office came highly recommended by my realtor. I was extremely pleased with the services I received. The staff was a pleasure to work with throughtout the entire process and they all made me feel like top priority. This is a response from Douglas B. Elliott, P.A. to the previous review - The lady who posted this was never a client of our office. She was a potential seller of real property that a client of ours had under contract to purchase. She was extremely unhappy that her bankruptcy (which she attempted to conceal from us) delayed the closing, and she was extremely unhappy that the buyer chose not to purchase the property rather than wait for the sellers' judgment lien issues to be cleared. Please check with the Better Business Bureau, of which our office is a member, for an accurate assessment of our office. We are confident that you will be pleased.

We used this office to try to close a complicated real estate deal. The office staff is very rude, they are unwilling to call you back and not willing to answer questions. In addition, work was incomplete I ended up spending an $250 that was not needed as there were other factors preventing the real estate close. They could have prevented that through better research and communication. To date, I have not been offered compensation. I would recommend another attorney for any legal needs!
