if considering renting from this company here are some things you need to know:
rhonda, megan,carrie are all in it for the fun and games-they are all rude and lie to you just to get you out of their office. Depeneding on the address of the home determines how well they will treat you or not treat you and it also determines if they actually run a credit check or if they just take your credit app fee. if you are anythiing other than white, good luck as they are racist
they play games like changing the last digit of your phone number so the contractor cant reach you for days on end. all their properies are unkempt they all have issues that they already know about but dont want to fix.
if renting a double- check to be sure your neighbors actually have a life and not just sitting around all day collecting a check with nothing to do.
we had plumbing issues with the bathtub and water would run from the upstairs in the bathroom down ot the dining room floor. they send over their unhandy handy man to take a look, took picutres and nothing was done. called again for same issues, this time water is running from the ceiling. took two weeks of the contractors trying to call me thanks to dorfman changing the last digit of my phone number so they couldnt reach me. after the plumbers left i put in work order to have the ceiling drywalled. they sent their unhandy handy man over again with 2 sheets of drywall! he stated he would need more drywall and some help. well for 2 months no one called or came over to finish the repairs, so i called teh health department which still took another 2-3 months to get fixed but hey i forced them to pay out roughly 20,000 for a new roof and gutters, and plumbing repairs so ill say that it was a pleasure to vacate the premises when the lease termed! so glad that i never have to look back and rent from them ever again in my life!
