To be honest, I don’t know how to start this review about the Palm Dental Center located in Hialeah FL. First and most importantly is the fact that besides the professionalism of all the staff members, they always welcome you with a smile, kindness, and respect. They all go the extra mile to help and accommodate your medical and financial needs. Dr. Echemendia, is competent, experienced, and a skillful dentist with a great outgoing personality. His sweetness and good sense of humor allows you to forget the real reason you are there. Dr. Hew is an amazing and qualified surgeon. His extensive knowledge, magic hands, understanding, caring, and his humanitarian way of being is out of this world. Because of their expertises and personalities, I no longer have a fear of a dentist. They are the best! Cristy, the nurse assistant is determined to make sure you are perfectly comfortable before, during and after a procedure. Kathy, the financial coordinator, is an excellent listener and has miraculous skills to find ways to help. With her big heart, she finds and offers financial payments plans that are phenomenal. Her passion to help others is unique. Yami, the dental hygienist is amazing. The doctors’ assistants, nurses, secretaries, receptionists, and managers are all extraordinary. I could not tell all of their names because I’ll be afraid of leaving someone behind. However, I would like to mention Violet, Rosie, and Julie for having a special charisma and courtesy that it’s difficult to find in other places. The CDC protocols and recommendations to prevent the spreading of the COVID has being strictly followed since the beginning of the pandemic. Every person who walks in, is treated the same way. At Palm Dental Center, you are treated like a family member. I will always be grateful for all of what they have done for me and my sons. I would definitely recommend and give a ten stars to this amazing dental center.
