The Wise Center is a private psychotherapy practice dedicated to providing traditional Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP). In the context of a nurturing and validating therapeutic environment, we believe that science and research should guide clinical decision-making in order to optimize client outcomes, conserve client resources, and provide a guidepost for assessing progress in treatment.
