Horrible experience!!

They towed my 4-weel drive vehicle while it was on park on a tow truck instead of a flatbed and it messed up my whole break system,

I called up multiple times to see if maybe they did something wrong and he said he has footage of his guys doing it all properly, unbelievable how they refused to take accountability.

Shameful.
