Where do I begin. We walked in for coffee/ breakfast.
No one spoke English. We were esxorted to a table that was taken. We then sat down at a dirty table. Most of the empty tables we dirty.
Ordered a Matcha Latte 16 oz, received a Mocha latte 12oz. Tool about 15 min from the time the order was placed. Asked to have the order corrected, and again received a 12oz vs 16oz. Spoons and saucers did not accompany the dink. The drink tray was left at the table.
Placed and order for food - omlett, which took another 30 min. This is all with an almost empty restaurant. Watter was never replenished. Had to ask the staff....
Plenty if waiters but no service.
Received the bill with a charge for Mocha latte 16oz. When asked the waiter why, he said he does not know, needs to find out. After he stated that it's the same cost as my Matcha... I paid for 16oz received 12oz.
Lack of service and lack off knowledgeable staff definitely makes you want to stay away.
There are better places around.
