In addition to the TF Cornerstone application, you’ll need the following items: a copy of photo ID, a complete copy of a recent bank statement, three consecutive pay stubs, a landlord reference letter, a $20 fee for each applicant or guarantor, and in some cases income tax returns and a letter from CPA. We accept payments online for first month’s rent and the required security deposit. You can pay using either an ACH transfer (no fee) or a credit card (fees apply).
No. Brokers are welcome but not required. Our no-fee apartments allow you to rent directly from our leasing office and avoid paying a broker fee. If you are visiting with a broker, we advise that you discuss any fees before your visit.
To qualify for an apartment, you usually need to make 45 times the monthly rent. If you don’t meet this requirement, you may need a guarantor. Guarantors usually need to make 75 times the monthly rent.
