the technicians came to my house yesterday and did an unprofessional job, poor service, incomplete jobs done, worked just half hour and cost me $500 cash.
At the beginning, I called and scheduled the FX air duct cleaning & Dryer vent clean service, a person showed up without a company van. Also FX air duct cleaning & Dryer vent clean service, the address is a church. the phone number shows in a different air duct company California Duct pros. the invoice that he gave me in another company called ALG pro service. I think all those companies are an air duct cleaning scams.
1, failed to cover the vent, just told my husband to close it by himself
2, no sterination machine, no cut access holes.
3, using a small , weak compressed air machine to vacuum a vent.
4, the technicians didn't clean them separately. no zone bags
5, all supply registers didn't close off correctly and professionally to maximize the negative pressure. The technicians didn't clean one duct at a time
6, the technicians didn't clean and using the viper whip system where the snake down 20 plus ft inside every vent. Just using a weak compressed air vacuum to clean the visual dust, dislodge on the main vent, no rotary brushes using.
7, the technician didn't repeat the same step as the supply line and cut an access hole, no vacuum was connected using the connection collar.
8, after all ductwork, including the main truck lines, the technician just used his hand to spray the vent with his bottle of "Sanitizer".
9, Didn't use air wash to clean the furnace, squirrel cage and blower motor.
