In 1995, David started catering and cooking for private clients through his gourmet food store in Atlantic Beach, Florida – The Market at North Shore. In 2007, he started providing catering and private-client chef services under the name "david a culinary experience." And 12 years later, he founded Salt and Fire Catering to share his passion for creating unique culinary experience.
