Dawn Preisendorf, functional nutritionist and health coach, specializes in freeing people from low energy and digestive distress. She combines the principles of Functional Medicine and Holistic Nutrition to uncover the root causes of why you're not feeling as well as you'd like. We'll consider how your life, health history and environment affect your current situation. Once we understand root causes, Dawn offers personalized recommendations for eating and lifestyle practices to help you get your body back into balance so symptoms disappear. With this information, you can take charge of your health and make empowered choices. Dawn uses an integrative, results-oriented approach, but we'll only move as fast as you (and your body) want to. Through working with Dawn, clients are able to reclaim health and vitality. This opens up new possibilities, and enables them to pursue dreams that were previously out of reach. Dawn Preisendorf has a master's degree in Holistic Health Education and Nutrition, completed two health coach certification programs, and trained with Dr. Sara Gottfried and Dr. Datis Kharrazian. After spending 15 years successfully building a sales and marketing career while her health crumbled, Dawn left the rat race, regained her health and founded New Dawn Wellness.
