I called Monraga Roofing for an estimate. They came out looked at the roof right away. I told Travis Lupton (sales manager) That the insurance company was sending out a home inspection company to look at the roof. He said let me know when they will be there and I'll come out and look at the roof with them. Sure enough, Travis showed up a half hour before the scheduled appointment. Two weeks later I got the approval from the insurance company to fix the roof. Travis came out and we did up the contract and to his word they were here ready to work in about a week. Some companies I talked to had a lead time of a month or more. His crew worked their tails off. 7 men all day. Great team work. Started at 7:30 am and wrapped up about 7 pm. Cleaned up beyond expectations. The owner of the company, Antonio Monraga came by the next day. This man cares about the job being done right. One of the best contractors I have dealt with in SC over the past 15 years. None of this no show stuff I've seen so much of. I never expected this job to be done in one day. That's what they said and that's what they did. I'd call that excellent customer service. Would I recommend Monraga roofing to to others, I already have. For me, I wouldn't call anybody else for roofing work.
