Dr. Tushar G. Patel MD

Dr. Tushar Patel is a primary care physician board certified in internal medicine at Inova Primary Care - Chantilly. He has a special interest in preventive medicine and geriatric medicine. Dr. Patel decided to practice internal medicine because it allows him to treat a broad spectrum of adult diseases involving multiple organs, like diabetes, high blood pressure, heart diseases and arthritis. The favorite part of his job is becoming a health partner with his patients in preventing and treating various diseases. Prior to joining Inova Health System, he was in private practice in Richlands, VA. In addition, he served as the medical director for group homes at Baxter House and Mountain View Group Home.
