Cheap Cars of Tulsa LLC

Found a car on craigslist and went to look at it. When we got there the guy was not there so I called and he said he would be there in 10 to 20 minutes so we waited and parked in the shade of building across the street where we would not be seen by the owners of the business. when the guy finally arrived he got upset that we were parked there and before I even got a word out of my mouth he said "No, you know what, I don't even want to deal with you, just get out of here" I politely said okay and we drove off. As we were leaving my 10 year old said that he was flipping us off. so I figured you guys might like to know what type of person he is.
